Girls Gone Graff/Body Language Show

Bust by Fear

Bust mounted on canvas, by Steam

Bust by The Mac
This past Sept I checked out an event put on by a company known as Girls Gone Graff, the brain child of artist Fear and model Lanie LaBrie. Now it maybe unfair of me to say it was one of the better shows Ive been to in a very long time, seeing is how the majority of the artist in the show are friends of mine, but it was an amazing show none the less. The show was extremely well organized with canvas work, live music, live painting and a huge steady crowd all night long. An atmosphere of incredible art, beautiful models, live music and plenty of chill people, OH and lets not forget the strong drinks dished out at the bar. One great night in Los Angeles at one of the best art shows of 2008, what more could one ask for? Be sure not to miss their website at www.girlsgonegraff.com and yes they are available for all your event needs.

Friends

One of the problems with graffiti art is the fact that its so very temporary. Nothing with this art is permanent. Paint fades, other artist cover work thats been crossed out or covered up. So heres your chance to view some incredible work that no longer exists. Heres one of those artist out of southern cali. The next few pictures are by an artist known as Steam, also a very close friend who Ive had the chance to paint with for many years. From graffiti art, graphic design, fine art and beyond, a very talented artist in his own right . Im hoping to be able to bring you more artist in the coming days whose art never makes it past a very select viewing audience. So enjoy and look for more art coming soon.

Sketchbook Slices

Mix Master Meex

Once again an artist not to miss. From the entertainment industry to the streets of Los Angeles, Meex One has constantly challanged the traditional concepts of fine art and graffiti. Showing that there are no boundries when it comes to unleashing the creative side. Do not miss his website, take a peek and enjoy......www.thelovealone.com In the meantime heres a few gems to relish before jumping over to his site....Peace and Burrito grease....!!!

Fresh Paint

Just wanted to share a bit of my work. Heres a recently painted character done over in Long Beach Ca. No sense in trying to locate this work, its long been painted over. For all of you they may get a bit bent out of shape over graffiti art, no worries this was done legally.

Acura RDX Commercial 2 Weeks for 30 Seconds of air time!!!

Just finished working on this commercial for Acura. Two weeks, hundreds of cans of spray paint and a huge crew! Graffiti artist who worked on this.....myself, Meeks, Axis, Sever and Atlas. Heres the final commercial and a few photos from the set. It was a hardcore project. As you can tell from the pics, the wall was HUGE. I dont have the exact measurements but it was roughly 50' x about 150'. INSANE! All done in spray paint. It was one of the best times I had working in Hollywood. Not something I want to do on a daily basis. The hours range from 10 hr days all the way up to 18 hr days!
